Welcome! I'm Brittany, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and health journalist currently practicing in aesthetic medicine. I worked as a registered nurse at Emory Healthcare and Stanford Health Care before earning a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, with a health and science specialization, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University.

I’ve written for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The Sun-Sentinel, Discover Magazine, Chicago Health, Chicago Caregiving, and more. My goal is to make health and science information understandable, engaging, and directly useful. Through compelling storytelling and clinical practice, I hope to continue educating the public while helping people feel more confident.
